Aaron is Vice President of Product Development at Gearbox Software located in Plano, TX, where he is responsible for production and staffing of all projects. He has experience in entertainment production, military R&D, and academia. He was Deputy Director and Senior Lecturer at Southern Methodist University's Guildhall graduate program in videogame arts and sciences, and created a multidisciplinary videogame R&D program at UT-Austin's IC2 Institute. He started in games as a sound designer and cinematic animator at Origin Systems in Austin, TX.
