Jonathan H: Bang! (It's a Cowboy Western card game)
Charlie W: Doctor. Oh... I mean "Operation"... yeah... that's what I meant.
Rick J: F.I.T.S. ( Fight in the Skies ) / Dawn Patrol. A board game about WWI airplane combat. Played it from about 1987 til a few years ago, and have pilots which have survived ( i.e. not wounded / killed / crashed / fell out of the plane ) over 40 individual games.
Martin S: Any drinking game.
Andrew W: Does college football count?
Leo S: Gang of Four - A card game by Days of Wonder
Jim S: Dungeons and Dragons is the quick (and truest) answer but I also remember so many awesome evenings playing Space Hulk. At my last job I tried to find a way to quit work and become a career Dungeon Master. Five games a week with five players per party, 10 bucks per session payable in advance non refundable monthly installments seemed like what the market would bear. I'd have to live in a box of ramen noodles though.
James F: Chess.
Jeramy C: Go.
Patrick D: When my family gets together on holidays we almost always play a card game called "Up and Down the Ladder". However, my favorite experience playing a non-video game was when I was ran a Dr. Who role playing game in college. It was a last minute thing, so I had a day to put together a world for people to play in. I think I did a decent job.
Paul H: I spend hundreds of dollars a year to play ice hockey so I'd have to go with that.
Jim S: Dungeons and Dragons..yes I am a geek. But tell your Mom you can make a living doing it just ask Bill Gates.
Scott V: Basketball if sports count, otherwise, I really enjoy Axis and Allies.
Jason M: To Play - Poker; To Watch - Football
Jean S: D&D is the only non-video game i've played.
Chuck W: Beer Pong
Keith S: Life. Not the board game.
Rosalie K: Backgammon!!!
Lee A: Any drinking game at the Aliens Team Household
Simon H: Midget wrestling with my 10-month-old
Mark K: I like puzzles. Metal puzzles, puzzle boxes, etc.
Kale M: Does pinball count? And if so, then the answer would be Gottlieb's "Genie" machine (1976)....but in the event that pinball is an invalid answer, I guess I'd have to say Stratego.
Jason S: Best childhood memory goes to Feudal. These days probably Chess.
Trevor C: Beer pong, but let it be known that Matt S and Calen B are total ringers, don't let those guys be on the same team.
Trey D: Dominoes
Pat K: I'm an Equal opportunity employer of many different types of Card and Board Games (Settlers of Catan, Flux)
Don E: Any card games, especially Poker.

Charlie W: They aren't appropriate for a younger audience.
Rick J: The recent scouting trip to an undisclosed city for our project was most enjoyable. As the details would give away the city, I will spare them.
Martin S: I've only just begun my Gearbox journey.
Andrew W: Hanging out and playing Wii games with about 75% of the company's level designers (at the time) the night before my interview.
Leo S: Going to Speedzone for a day of go-karts after finishing an Aliens milestone
James F: Much nerdery with the board game geeks on Friday nights.
Jeramy C: I'm about to have one when we ship Hell's Highway. :)
Patrick D: I still think back to the first company party Gearbox ever had. At that time I think there were about 10 employees and we had nice dinner at 3 Forks to celebrate finishing Opposing Force. I remember just sitting on the outside patio with a glass of port smoking a cigar with a few of the guys and it was just a relaxing time with people I enjoy working with.
Jim S: I am fairly new here so I am still working on them. It was awesome seeing Ironman, Bob Saget, and getting free games at Best Buy. Don't tell my wife she thinks I work for a living.
Scott V: Tons. A recent story would be during a GBX softball game this season, the opposing team learned that we were game developers. After the score became pretty lopsided (in their favor), the catcher for their team started yelling at us about us needing to make a softball game featuring him. He claimed he would teach all about how to play softball and what not. I couldn't help but picture him on the cover of the game, Madden style.
Jason M: Watching gbx1 beat Valve in TF2
Chuck W: Watching Ken and Joe play joust at ungodly hours of the morning.
Keith S: "hemp I an lost"
Rosalie K: The Hell's Highway UN-Beta Party at the W Hotel in Dallas. Hijinks ensued, debacles were witnessed and pancakes were ordered at 4 in the morning. Joy!
Lee A: Fighting against the Aliens: Colonial Marines team members in close combat with swords. I got attacked by 4 people at one time. Now I know what Robin Hood felt like.
Simon H: During my interview I was taken to a restaurant to meet the leads, and excused myself to go to the restroom. When I came back, the table was empty, and the waiter came up to me to tell me they'd left me with the bill. Then I saw Randy at the door laughing his ass off...
Mark K: Recording weapons and vehicles (including TANKS!) for Hell's Highway at the Museum of the American GI. Had a blast.
Kale M: If I say "No Comment" or "N/A", do I get in trouble? Or should I just plead the 5th Amendment? ;P
Jason S: I dig the company-wide meetings. Being in the loop is sweet.
Trevor C: Geez, I don't know.....it was pretty cool that one time Borderlands team had a beer o' clock.
Trey D: My first team party... Patron and lots of it.
Pat K: The Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway Beta Party at the W in downtown Dallas (well what I remember from it at least).
Don E: The parts of the Gearbox Liberation Party (Earned in Blood release party) that I remember were pretty awesome. I've also been told the parts I don't remember were good too.
What's your favorite video game character?
Jonathan H: Robo (from Chrono Trigger) or the "L" shaped piece from Tetris. He's awesome!
Charlie W: My Leeloo Dallas character I built for City of Heroes.
Rick J: Q*bert
Martin S: Black Bomberman.
Andrew W: Jade from Beyond Good and Evil
Jim S: Vyse from Skies of Arcadia. Mainly because I could really identify with his kickass attitude, and who doesn't want their own airship? I'm also down with the functional combat eyepatch. Also, I really get into being Samus Aran when I play Metrioid. Not like, "take off the power suit and sit in front of the mirror" into, but rather a ferocious burning hatred for Metroids. F those gelatinous freeloaders.
James F: Mega Man.
Jeramy C: "Smith" Iolo's talking horse from Ultima 6.
Patrick D: I'll go with Cloud from Final Fantasy VII.
Kyle P: Hamlet from Illusion of Gaia
Paul H: Currently it's the Heavy from TF2, after that probably SHODAN from System Shock 2
Jim S: That is a tough one, but I would have to say Duke from Duke Nukem. Hail to the King Baby!
Scott V: Probably still Duke. He was such a bad ass.
Jason M: GLaDOS
Jean S: I like any character i can customize my self and have creative control over in the game.
Chuck W: Sniper from Team Fortress 2... I think his mate saw me.... Yes, Yes he did.
Keith S: BODNAR!
Rosalie K: Any character I can create in an editor and get attached to...and Kratos. Hee.
Lee A: Altaïr (Assassins Creed) Ubisoft's new IP hero/killer
Simon H: Samus Aran, Simon Belmont, or Duke Togo
Mark K: Locke from FF6. The thief... err... TREASURE HUNTER
Kale M: Samus Aran. She doesn't talk much, she's incredibly flexible, and she's really hot under all that armor.
Although I really prefer the green hair of the original 8-bit sprite.
Jason S: Maybe Quistis from FFVIII.
Trevor C: Alucard from Symphony of the Night.
Trey D: Archangel Tyrael from Diablo II
Pat K: Koopa Troopa

Tu B: Movies industry
Charlie W: I'd be squirreled away doing some form of scientific research.
Rick J: In 8th grade, we did one of those career idea test things. I was destined to be a Forest Ranger.
Martin S : Drunk or International Assassin, or a dream job Drunk International Assassin.
Andrew W: English teacher or drumline instructor.
Leo S: Orchestral cello player
Jim S: I'd be a meteorologist. Weather has always been fascinating to me, growing up in a peninsula of constant hurricanes, roiling oceans and awe inspiring thunderstorms. That, or a freestyle lyricist.
James F: Super-scientist. Research machine simulation of consciousness, anti-gravity, superliminal temporal and dimensional travel, genetic engineering, especially longevity and benign mutation, etc. in a creative laboratory setting. Or, maybe just do the adventurer-for-hire thing for a while, traveling the Japanese countryside, getting into ludicrously unlikely situations.
Jeramy C: Photographer
Patrick D: What would be interesting to do would be building custom cars or motorcycles.
Kyle P: Rock star
Paul H: I'd probably be dirt poor as a contract field archaeologist, which I did for a couple summers when I was in college.
Jim S: I would work as a Special Effects Artist in Hollywood, creating CG and traditional FX.
Scott V: R&D involving hardware and software design. There's nothing more enjoyable then building the hardware and then writing code for it.
Jason M: Profesional Student
Jean S: Probably be into fitness training since i like that kind of thing as a hobby.
Chuck W: I would drive and Ice Cream truck....
Keith S: This seems like a question that answers itself, unless of course I wanted to do a different job even though I am in the games industry, so I'm going to have to go with my dream job of "Therapeutic Breast Masseuse."
Rosalie K: Theatre, dance, clothing design...all of the above!
Lee A: I would probably have gone into character animation, having had 5 years of character animation experience prior to becoming a level designer. (oh no, Gearbox knows I know how to animate)
Simon H: Toy line director at Hasbro - or maybe at Lego
Mark K: Still sound design, maybe for film. I love making noise.
Kale M: If I hadn't been so unhealthily obsessed and infatuated with video games my whole life, I'd have probably gone into criminal law and been a prosecutor......
Jason S: Film and Music
Trevor C: I always wanted to be some kind of rock star, like Jason Sheilds.
Trey D: Engineer Designing Amusement Park Rides / Water Slides
Pat K: College Professor in History or maybe just a defender against the Wild Moose Infestation from Canada
Don E: I'd like to get paid to learn things.
